Policy protocol · Privacy

Privacy without hidden instrumentation.

This policy explains what the static Pudafexori site can receive, why an application note is requested and how local preferences work. It does not imply that we collect production telemetry through this public demonstration.

01 · Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the public pages on pudafexori.info, including the readiness diagnostic, course information, question search and application form. The interactive training controls run in your browser and are demonstrations of the course method. They do not connect to your employer’s systems, inspect source code or collect operational telemetry.

If a future workshop or paid engagement is agreed separately, its statement of work and data-handling terms will describe any additional information required. Those arrangements are not created by browsing this site or submitting a general enquiry.

02 · Information you submit

The application form asks for your name, email address, current role, preferred starting sector and a short note about the non-production system or testing risk you want to discuss. You may also include scheduling or accessibility constraints. Please do not submit passwords, production credentials, confidential datasets, private source code or personal information about other people.

We use the submitted details to understand the enquiry, suggest an appropriate course starting point and respond through the contact channel you provide. Submission does not reserve a cohort seat or create a contract.

03 · Local preferences and technical data

The diagnostic, filters, slider and FAQ work locally in the browser. The cookie panel may store a simple preference indicating whether you selected essential-only storage or accepted optional analytics. Essential storage can also preserve interface choices during a session. You can clear these values through your browser settings.

Standard hosting logs may include the requested page, timestamp, browser type, approximate network information and security events. These logs help deliver pages, diagnose failures and protect the site. They are not presented as a profile of your professional ability.

04 · How information is used

We use enquiry information to answer questions, assess whether the course format fits the stated need, recommend preparation steps and coordinate accessibility or scheduling requests. Technical records may be used to maintain site availability, investigate abuse and understand whether public pages load correctly.

We do not sell submitted contact details. We do not use diagnostic selections to make employment, credit, insurance or other high-impact decisions. The site does not promise automated recommendations or individual performance scoring.

05 · Service providers and disclosure

Limited information may be processed by providers that support hosting, email delivery, security monitoring or form handling. They should receive only the information needed for their function and must follow their own contractual and security obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, to protect users and systems, or during a legitimate organisational transfer.

Public links to Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, jQuery and web fonts may cause your browser to request those resources from their respective content-delivery providers. Their services operate under their own privacy terms.

06 · Retention and deletion

General enquiries are kept only while they are needed to respond, coordinate a requested follow-up, maintain a reasonable correspondence record or meet legal obligations. Security logs are retained for a limited operational period. Information no longer needed is deleted, anonymised or restricted according to the systems available to us.

If a message becomes part of a separately agreed course or service relationship, the applicable agreement may define a different retention period for attendance, invoices, submitted work or support records.

07 · Your choices and rights

You can decline optional analytics through the cookie panel, clear browser storage and choose not to submit the form. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent for future activity. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing invalid.

08 · Security and safe submissions

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. No website or email channel can guarantee complete security. The safest approach is to keep the initial application note high-level and move sensitive operational detail into an agreed channel only when necessary.

The public exercises are educational. Never paste secrets or execute testing against systems without permission, appropriate safeguards and a reversible stop condition.

09 · Contact and policy changes

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or through the Contact route in the Header. Describe the request clearly and identify the email address used in the original enquiry.

We may update this policy when the site, providers or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will be shown on this page. Material changes will not be applied retroactively where additional consent is required.
