Policy protocol · Cancellations

Clear boundaries before a booking begins.

The public site is free to browse and does not take payment. These principles apply only if a paid course, workshop or service is separately offered and confirmed in writing.

01 · What this policy covers

Browsing the site, using its interactive demonstrations and sending an application note are free. They do not create an order, reserve a seat or make a charge. A cancellation or refund question arises only after Pudafexori and the participant have separately confirmed a paid course, workshop or service.

If an agreed statement of work, booking confirmation or checkout notice contains more specific terms, those terms govern the relevant purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.

02 · When a booking is confirmed

A booking is confirmed when the scope, date, price, payment terms and participant details have been accepted through the stated channel. An enquiry, diagnostic result or email question is not confirmation. Do not arrange travel, production access or change windows until written confirmation is received.

The confirmation should identify whether the engagement is a live cohort, private workshop, downloadable material or bespoke preparation, because cancellation rights may differ between them.

03 · Participant cancellation

Unless the booking states otherwise, a participant who cancels at least seven calendar days before a scheduled live session may request a refund of amounts paid for the undelivered session. A cancellation received later may be offered a transfer, credit or partial refund after reasonable committed costs are considered.

No attendance charge is created by this public site. Refund eligibility cannot be assessed without the applicable confirmation, payment record and scheduled date.

04 · Rescheduling and transfers

We prefer a practical reschedule where a participant cannot attend. Requests should be sent as early as possible with the booking reference and suitable alternatives. A transfer depends on available cohort capacity, facilitator time and whether the replacement date can support the required lab access.

Repeated late changes may incur documented costs or require a new booking. Another participant may attend in your place where the course requirements, confidentiality arrangements and access permissions can be satisfied.

05 · Digital access and work already delivered

Downloadable materials or on-demand access may become non-refundable once delivered or accessed, where permitted by law and clearly stated before purchase. Bespoke preparation, system review, curriculum adaptation or feedback already completed is normally chargeable because that work cannot be returned.

If a mixed engagement includes both delivered preparation and future live sessions, any approved refund will distinguish those components rather than treating the entire engagement as unused.

06 · Changes or cancellation by Pudafexori

If Pudafexori cancels a confirmed session and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the participant may choose a refund for the affected undelivered portion. We may reschedule for facilitator illness, platform failure, safety concerns or events outside reasonable control. We will communicate the practical options available.

We are not responsible for independent expenses such as travel, accommodation, external software or time reserved by an employer unless the written booking expressly says otherwise.

07 · How to make a request

Send the request to [email protected] or use the Contact route. Include the participant name, booking reference, scheduled date, requested outcome and a brief explanation. Do not include card numbers or account credentials.

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to confirm the purchase. The review considers the booking terms, delivery already completed, notice period and consumer rights that apply.

08 · Approved refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. We aim to initiate the refund within seven business days after approval, but banks and payment providers control the time required for funds to appear. The exact timing therefore cannot be guaranteed.

This policy does not remove statutory rights. If a local law provides a stronger cancellation or refund right, that right applies.
