Policy protocol · Terms

Use the track safely and honestly.

These terms govern the public Pudafexori website, its browser-based course demonstrations and its contact channels. They do not grant permission to test systems you do not own or control.

01 · Acceptance and eligibility

By using pudafexori.info, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site. You must be able to enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

The public pages are available for general educational use. Access to a separately scheduled workshop, cohort or consulting engagement may require additional terms and explicit confirmation.

02 · Educational scope

The diagnostic, test-sector tabs, fault modes, evidence filters and release gate illustrate a practical learning method. Their outputs are examples generated from your browser selections. They are not an audit of a real system, professional certification, legal advice or an automated production decision.

Course descriptions may change as exercises, technologies and schedules evolve. A public page is not a guarantee that a specific cohort, facilitator, tool or delivery date is available.

03 · Safe and authorised testing

You may not use the site or its ideas to gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, introduce malicious software, evade controls or test systems without permission. Practical exercises should take place in an approved sandbox or staging environment with defined ownership, stop conditions, recovery steps and data safeguards.

  • Never submit secrets, production credentials or live personal data through the public form.
  • Do not interpret a fault-injection example as permission to create real-world harm.
  • Follow your organisation’s change, security and incident procedures.

04 · Site content and limited licence

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, layouts, graphics, images, exercises and brand elements belong to Pudafexori or its licensors. You may view and use the public materials for personal learning and internal evaluation. This limited permission is non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.

You may not resell the course materials, remove ownership notices, reproduce the site as your own service or use the brand in a misleading way. Separate written permission may be required for publication, commercial training or substantial adaptation.

05 · Enquiries, feedback and submitted material

You remain responsible for information sent through the application form or email. Submit only material you are authorised to share. General feedback may be used to improve the site and course, but you retain ownership of your original material. We do not claim ownership of your source code, system diagrams or business information merely because you mention them in an enquiry.

Do not treat the public contact channel as confidential. If a discussion requires sensitive material, wait until an appropriate channel and handling arrangement have been agreed.

06 · Availability and third-party resources

We aim to keep the static site accessible, but availability is not guaranteed. Pages, examples or external libraries may be updated, interrupted or removed. Links and content-delivery resources are operated by third parties under their own terms.

We are not responsible for external websites, tools or services simply because they are mentioned in course material. You should evaluate their suitability, licences, security and cost independently.

07 · No guaranteed outcomes

Pudafexori does not promise employment, promotion, third-party accreditation, incident prevention, a particular uptime improvement or a successful release. Results depend on the starting system, access, team participation, evidence quality and the decisions taken after the course.

A completion record, if offered under a separate course arrangement, confirms participation against the stated studio criteria only. It is not an industry licence and does not replace organisational approval or professional judgement.

08 · Disclaimers and liability boundaries

The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties concerning uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular operational purpose and error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You remain responsible for how you apply the material, the systems you test and the consequences of operational changes. To the extent permitted by law, Pudafexori is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost revenue or damage arising from unauthorised or unsafe testing.

09 · Changes, suspension and contact

We may update the site or these Terms when the service, course or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the site, users or systems.

Questions, accessibility concerns or reports of misuse can be sent to [email protected]. A message does not create a service agreement; any paid work requires separate written confirmation.
